how my journey began
20 years ago I took a stretching class that changed the course of my life! Healing my body and ending a cycle of pain and suffering made room for joy and relationship like I had never known.
I want everyone to get the opportunity to know life without physical and emotional suffering. My mission in life is to make sure that as many people as possible get that opportunity.
My continued commitment to my community and to the idea that struggle and challenge are part of life but suffering is optional keeps me passionate about the work!

IYRINA LYMAR • YOGA THERAPIST
how my journey began
Iryna Lymar has taught yoga since 2015 in California, China, and Ukraine. She is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT500) and an IAYT-certified yoga therapist. Iryna is also a student of SYC in Mysore, India.
Iryna’s teachings embrace her passion for complete opposites in the yoga world: gentle, therapeutic, highly adaptable, and accessible yoga styles like Viniyoga / Chair Yoga / Hatha and the dynamic, transformative power of Ashtanga Yoga. She sees her dharma (sense of purpose) in serving others. Off the mat, Iryna loves studying Ayurveda, spending time in nature, and playing with her daughter and dog.
