Hi, I’m Amber
20 years ago I took a stretching class that changed the course of my life! Healing my body and ending a cycle of pain and suffering made room for joy and relationship like I had never known.
I want everyone to get the opportunity to know life without physical and emotional suffering. My mission in life is to make sure that as many people as possible get that opportunity.
My continued commitment to my community and to the idea that struggle and challenge are part of life but suffering is optional keeps me passionate about the work!
