This style of yoga is great for people who have taken a yoga class before. Vinyasa classes are a great way to experience an energy building workout. Let this one breath to one movement style of yoga add a fun lively energy to your next gathering. Bring a mat and a gym towel and be prepared to have a great time.

This style of yoga can be taught to groups of 10-15 people if space allows.
