Most people find yoga through the physical practice of yoga. Just the physical practice of yoga leads many to look for more. Here is your opportunity to discover more about yourself and what you want to get out of your life. You will look at your individual strengths and weaknesses and learn about how to use your energy and your time to get the most impact for your efforts.

Because these sessions are individual and center on your personal goals the first session will determine the type of practice.

Your personal practice can be designed to ease sleep, increase your energy level, reduce stress or reduce back pain.

Other topics covered during these sessions include: Fulfillment, Values, Goals, Personality Strengths and Weaknesses, Meditation and much more.

With weekly readings that can be used by themselves or as part of a devotional or meditation practice you already do.
