CAYA Yoga Classes

Take a look around. Below you will find lots of information about Yoga for Begginers, Muscle Recalibration, Vinyasa, Hatha, Workshops and so much more. If you don’t find the answers you are looking for please contact us.

Most classes are 75 minutes and length and are tailored to the group’s needs and goals.

  • Single Group Class Pricing  $20 per participant
  • Private Class Pricing $115 per session +$15 for each additional participant
  • Muscular Recalibration Pricing $200/per hour OR $699 for 4 sessions in consecutive weeks
  • 4 Private lessons $400 (must be scheduled and completed within a 3 month period of time)
