Hello! I’m Amber DeBarge, Instructor and Owner of CAYA Yoga. I offer a variety of yoga styles for students of all skill levels and body types. Daily classes include Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Wall Yoga for a Happy Back. At Come As You Are Yoga, I encourage you to live your Yoga on and off the mat!

No matter what your level of fitness or flexibility, you can enjoy the health and lifestyle benefits from practicing yoga at Come As You Are Yoga. Many yoga poses — or “asanas” as they are called in Sanskrit —  can be modified for your specific needs. If you have a medical concern, a previous injury or if you are pregnant, we can tailor a practice with poses for your needs and goals.
